We do not purchase dachshunds that require rehoming. Instead, an adoption fee is payable by the new owner to help ensure that dachshunds are placed with committed, responsible families who understand the long-term responsibilities of owning the breed.
Dachshunds are a significant financial and emotional commitment, and our goal is for every dog to be valued as a lifelong family member. Adoption fees contribute directly to the veterinary and behavioural care many dachshunds require prior to rehoming, including vaccinations, medications, dental treatment, desexing and behavioural training.
