This sweet girl has an endless amount of love to give. She adores attention, thrives on companionship, and will happily snuggle on your lap or stay by your side. Honey is beautiful inside and out, and with time, patience, and gentle training, she will blossom into the perfect companion.

Meet Pearl – Our Beautiful Little Red Lady

Pearl has just celebrated her 3rd birthday and is ready to find her forever home! This sweet and gentle girl is looking for a family who can be home most of the time, as she loves companionship.

Currently in foster care with two other dachshunds, Pearl would be happiest with another friendly dog to keep her company. She’s fully house trained, desexed, and up to date with her vaccinations.

Pearl’s ideal home will be a calm environment without small children, where she can enjoy plenty of love, cuddles, and time with her people.

Meet Kaos – Your New Best Mate

Mr Kaos is a stunning 9 month old long haired dapple dachshund with a heart as beautiful as his coat. Located on the south side of Brisbane, this sweet boy is desexed and vaccinated, and ready to find his forever home.

With his loving nature, Mr Kaos adores cuddling up with his humans – especially if he can sleep in bed under the covers (true dachshund style!). He’s great on the lead, enjoys his daily walks, and has a friendly nature with both people and other dogs.

Mr Kaos travels well in the car, loves to play, and has a cheeky streak – so keep an eye on your socks! He’s also been wonderful with children he’s met.

To make him even more special,  Kaos has one striking light blue eye and one warm brown eye – he’s truly one of a kind.

🐾 Meet Mackie – The Happy Go Lucky youngster! 🐾

This handsome black and tan boy is 10 months old, desexed, and ready to find his forever home.

Mackie has a joyful personality and gets along beautifully with other dachshunds — from energetic 4-year-olds to wise seniors. He knows when to back off if the older dogs tell him he’s being too playful and adjusts his behaviour well.

Once he’s had a chance to warm up, Mackie becomes your loyal little shadow and best friend. He’s mostly toilet trained but may need gentle reminders, as he previously lived on acreage before entering care.

Mackie sleeps peacefully in his bed inside a pen at night, and he's comfortable being crated for short periods when needed. He’s a *top-tier cuddler* who loves curling up on his carer’s knee — and he’s happy to share with his dachshund pals.

Due to his bouncy and excitable nature, Mackie isn’t suited to homes with small children. He would thrive in a home with:

* Another young dachshund to play with

* Someone home most of the time

* A commitment to ongoing training — he's very clever and eager to learn

* An active household ready to guide him with his leash manners and social skills

Mackie is currently located just north of the Sunshine Coast but is able to travel for the right home.

Gentle, loving, and full of cuddles — meet Coco, a sweet little soul who’s already overcome more than most in his short life.

Coco came into our care after living in an overcrowded apartment with many other dogs. As a result, he’s still learning about the world around him. Grass feels strange beneath his paws, and he prefers to do his business on the pavement beside it. Sadly, Coco was also bullied by other dogs in his previous environment, leaving him with some small facial scars and partial vision loss in his right eye — but none of that has affected his beautiful spirit.

Since joining his foster family, Coco has blossomed. He’s now toilet trained, enjoys his daily walks, and absolutely adores treats. Most of all, Coco thrives on companionship. He’ll follow you from room to room, curl up on your lap, and shower you with unconditional love.

Because of his sensitive nature, Coco is looking for a calm, patient home — ideally one where someone is around most of the time. He would also benefit from having a kind, easygoing doggy friend to help build his confidence and keep him company when his humans are out.
